Alarm Brands

Most residential security alarms installed in New Zealand will usually be manufactured by either Ajax, Bosch, DSC, or Paradox. At Bay Security Solutions we install and service all these main brands. So if you have a specific preference, we can meet your needs. We also install and service other alarm brands such as Arrowhead, FAI, Micron, Solution, and many others.

Alarm Components

All alarm systems will comprise of the following components as a minimum:

Wireless Alarm Systems

Wireless alarms are the perfect solution when running cable for a wired system isn't possible or practical. We are specialised installers of the Ajax wireless alarm system, which is state-of-the-art and can be completely managed via your smartphone. Battery life in the Ajax components is also excellent, with the sensor batteries lasting between 5-7 years (so no need to worry about changing them frequently). Alarm Keypads

Keypads are the nerve centre of your alarm system and are used to arm/disarm your alarm, as well as being used to administer the alarm system. There are different keypad types available, including LED keypads, LCD keypads, and touchscreen keypads.

Motion Sensors

There are as many different models and types of motions sensors available as there are systems. Let us help you choose the best range for your home or office:

Alarm REMOTE CONTROLS

Remote controls for your alarm provides you with the convenience of being able to arm and disarm your alarm from the comfort of your car/driveway, without the need to rush to your keypad. We can often link your garage opener to the alarm, so the one remote can be used to control both your alarm and your garage door.

Although our preference is to custom-build a bespoke alarm system for your home, we do offer cost-effective alarm system packages for under $1,500 (subject to site inspection).
