"We contacted David from Bay Security Solutions regarding the installation of an alarm system for our son's house.  David was very welcoming when speaking to him regarding our requirements.  We arranged a time to meet and for David to look at the job.  David arrived on site right on time.  He was very professional in every way and we discussed the alarm options.  He had excellent product knowledge and communicated well.  A quote for the job was emailed to us the same day for the alarm system and installation.  We accepted the quote and arranged a time for the installation.  Again, on the day of the install David and a work colleague arrived right on time and went about the install.  We are very happy with their work and the alarm system is exactly what we wanted.
